At one of my FAVORITE Goshen, Indiana locations to catch truly the great golden hour, Noah and Ande ran around the crunchy fall leaves and captured their love story after one year of marriage!
Shanklin Park in Goshen, Indiana has gorgeous river bends, huge maple trees, large ponds, draping willows, and of course you cannot avoid the aggressive geese guarding their territories! My husband grew up with Noah, as they attended the same High School in Elkhart, Indiana. Noah and him bonded over disc golf, the most hilarious jokes, and they were both in each other’s weddings.
I find it so special to photograph couples on huge milestones such as a first wedding anniversary. I have photographed Noah + Ande multiple times over the years, including their engagement session in Elkhart, Indiana, their September wedding day in Coldwater, Michigan at The Ponds of Coldwater, and now their anni! Being trusted like this has always been incredible, as it brings out their special + unique love whenever I am photographing them!
I always tell my couples to act like they always do in front of the camera, and show their love for one another for genuine images. I can always count on these two to be fun, active, and showing the extra love (including bringing their newest member of the family, Benny!)
